Expand your time horizon. Learn how to see patterns, shape decisions, prevent downstream issues, and act like a senior leader who thinks beyond the immediate.
Session 5
Talent, Culture, and Executive Presence
Build a sustainable leadership bench. Make tough calls with confidence. Strengthen your presence, emotional stamina, and ability to lead during ambiguity and conflict.
